BOB HERTZOG.
With almost 30 years of sales management experience, Bob Hertzog brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his coaching clientele. Having spent six years in the corporate world and nearly 24 years in the Real Estate Industry, Bob has encountered a wide range of situations and experiences. In 2023, he made the decision to share his passion for personal relationships, leadership, and coaching with both current and aspiring leaders, primarily focusing on the real estate industry. Bob, a native of Phoenix, AZ, is happily married to his wife Kim for over 30 years and is the proud father of two wonderful adult daughters, Kaitlyn and Hailey. Adding to the lively mix, Bob also has two energetic Golden Doodles named Bella and Ralphie.
WHO / WHY DOES BOB COACH?
BOB'S GOAL
My GOAL is to coach great salespeople to be great leaders, and this journey begins with my coaching clients getting a thorough understanding of WHO they are, WHY they do what they do, WHERE they are TODAY, and WHERE they want to be 1-3-5-10 YEARS FROM NOW. Once we’ve established these four key elements, I help my clients implement and maintain SYSTEMS to bring it all together.
